
VENDOR INFORMATION
VENDOR COST: $60 per space
VENDOR SPACE: 8 ft long x 7 ft deep space per spot.

No tables and or chairs supplied by the promoter

Vendors may utilize space within reason

Maximum of three spots per vendor
To offer a wide selection of vendors and goods, we will be limiting the amount of spaces per vendor to a maximum of three spots. Placement will be dependent on when the application and payment are received. All vendors will be required to fill out the application in order to have an opportunity to sell. Since the show is a gaming show, we will not be accepting applications for vendors that do not carry and sell gaming merchandise.
WHAT CONSTITUTES GAMING

TCG, video games and tabletop gaming.

The vendor must have at least 50% game related items out for sale.

We will be offering a limited amount of spaces to artists/craft vendors, with the expectation that the materials/products offered are gaming related.

We reserve the right to reject the application to any potential vendor that does not fall within those guidelines.
INVOICING
Once applications are reviewed and accepted we will send an invoice to applicants.

No spot is held until both application and payment are processed.

Payment is expected once invoice is received within one week to reserve spot.

Invoicing will allow for payment via credit card or paypal.
ADVERTISING
We are relying heavily on our vendors to promote the show as much as humanly possible. It will only be as successful as we as a community make it. We encourage all to push the promotion of the show on any useful outlet as possible. There will also be fliers handed out at other shows as they allow. Other advertising options will be utilized by the promoter once the show gets closer to date.
TAXES
All vendors will be required to handle federal and local taxes themselves.
SETUP
Set up hours for the show will be Saturday September 27th from 6:30 AM until the show opens at 10:00 AM. Show hours will run from 10 AM -5 PM. We are changing the hours to accomdate an early exit for everyone. With this will cut an hour off of set up, but since most everyone was set up pretty quickly last show, we don't see that starting the show earlier will be an issue. Everyone will need to be packed out and exit the mall by 10:00 PM. Entrance into the mall for vendors will be at the Service Area "B" which is to the right of the main front entrance.
