We have changed some of the vendor details including lowering of the overall cost per space and the size of each space for the upcoming show.  We are also limiting our show to 50 total spaces to place each vendor in the main hallway.

VENDOR COST: $45 per space for the 7x6ft size(limit three total)

                            $35 per space for the back wall 7x5ft size(limit two total)

VENDOR SPACE: 

• No tables and or chairs supplied by the promoter, each vendor is personally responsible for supplying their own

• Please refer to vendor space map at the bottom of this page for an idea of layout

• Vendors may utilize space within reason

• There is no power provided within the vending space

• The mall does not provide free to use Wi-Fi

• There are a total of 47 large spaces available and 16 smaller spaces available-once we are at capacity the show will be sold out

• The show sold out a month out of the show in March and we expect this one to sell out fairly quickly as well so do not delay

To offer a wide selection of vendors and goods, we will be limiting the amount of spaces per vendor to a maximum of three spots.  Placement will be dependent on when the application and payment are received.  All vendors will be required to fill out the application in order to have an opportunity to sell.  Since the show is a gaming show, we will not be accepting applications for vendors that do not carry and sell gaming merchandise.

WHAT CONSTITUTES GAMING

• TCG, video games and tabletop gaming.  

• The vendor must have at least 50% game related items out for sale.  

• We will be offering a limited amount of spaces to artists/craft vendors, with the expectation that the materials/products offered are gaming related. 

• We reserve the right to reject the application to any potential vendor that does not fall within those guidelines.​

• No AI art is allowed in the show

• Offensive or pornographic material is not allowed

• We will not provide spaces for Advertising companies and can not allow food vendors per mall rules

​INVOICING

Once applications are reviewed and accepted we will send an invoice to applicants.  

• No spot is held until both application and payment are processed.  

• Payment is expected once invoice is received within one week to reserve spot.

• Invoicing will allow for payment via credit card or paypal.

ADVERTISING

We are relying heavily on our vendors to promote the show as much as humanly possible.  It will only be as successful as we as a community make it.  We encourage all to push the promotion of the show on any useful outlet as possible.  There will also be fliers handed out at other shows as they allow.  Other advertising options will be utilized by the promoter once the show gets closer to date.

​TAXES

All vendors will be required to handle federal and local taxes themselves.

​SETUP

Set up hours for the show will be Saturday October 10 from 6:45 AM until the show opens at 10:00 AM.  Show hours will run from 10 AM -5 PM.    Everyone will need to be packed out and exit the mall by 10:00 PM.  Entrance into the mall for vendors will be at the Service Area "B" which is to the right of the main front entrance.
