We are so excited that you are interested in vending at Brick Bash.  Please read everything over to make sure everything is clearly understood before applying.

 

VENDOR COST: $60 per space for the 8x8ft size(limit three total)

VENDOR SPACE: 

  • No tables and or chairs supplied by the promoter, each vendor is personally responsible for supplying their own

  • Vendors may utilize space within reason

  • There is no power provided within the vending space

  • The mall does not provide free to use Wi-Fi

 

To offer a wide selection of vendors and goods, we will be limiting the amount of spaces per vendor to a maximum of three spots.  Placement will be dependent on when the application and payment are received.  All vendors will be required to fill out the application in order to have an opportunity to sell.  Since the show is a lego/brick based show, we will not be accepting applications for vendors that do not carry and sell brick based merchandise.

WHAT CONSTITUTES BRICK BASED MERCHANDISE

  • Lego brand sets, bricks, mini-figures, 3rd party mini-figures, custom builds, accessories, 3-d printed materials based off of brick inspirations.  If you have a question as to whether your items fit in that criteria, please e-mail us at igotnexttoysandgames@yahoo.com  

  • The vendor must have at least 50% brick related items out for sale.  

  • We reserve the right to reject the application to any potential vendor that does not fall within those guidelines.

  • Offensive or pornographic material is not allowed

  • We will not provide spaces for Advertising companies and can not allow food vendors per mall rules

 

​INVOICING

Once applications are reviewed and accepted we will send an invoice to applicants.  

  • No spot is held until both application and payment are processed.  

  • Payment is expected once invoice is received within one week to reserve spot.

  • Invoicing will allow for payment via credit card or paypal.

 

ADVERTISING

We are relying heavily on our vendors to promote the show as much as humanly possible.  It will only be as successful as we as a community make it.  We encourage all to push the promotion of the show on any useful outlet as possible.  There will also be fliers handed out at other shows as they allow.  Other advertising options will be utilized by the promoter once the show gets closer to date.

​TAXES

All vendors will be required to handle federal and local taxes themselves.

​SETUP

Set up hours for the show will be Saturday October 10 from 6:45 AM until the show opens at 10:00 AM.  Show hours will run from 10 AM-4 PM.    Everyone will need to be packed out and exit the mall by 7:00 PM.  Entrance into the mall for vendors will be at the Service Area "B" which is to the right of the main front entrance.

  • Set up Saturday, January 23 at 6:45 AM

  • Show Hours: 10 AM-4 PM

  • Mall closes at 7 PM and vendors are expected to exit building

By checking here, I understand that it is my responsibility to provide my own tables and chairs. I am only renting the space provided.
By checking here, I understand that I have until January 15 2027 to request a refund in case I am unable to attend the show. After that date, I forfeit the refund option.

Once the application is received, we will review it and let you whether you have been approved. We will then send an invoice, please review and submit payment at that time. Spaces will not be held until payment is made. Thanks so much for your interest in Local Play!
